Mission
It is the mission of The Haunted One® brand of paranormal-themed performances to provide a professional quality atmosphere of paranormal themed fantastical escape for all participants, as a means for generating funding for local volunteer community theatre.
Supporting Local Community Theatre
Performances promoted via this site are intended as a fundraising vehicle for the following community theatre organizations:
- Acting Up, a young performer's community theater organization based out of Mason, Ohio. Acting Up is a non-profit 501(c)(3), all volunteer organization. Each professional quality production presented by this organization typically involves a cast of 50-70 young performers between the ages of 5-18. Acting Up does notcharge a participation or costume fee to these young actors. However, each production typically requires a budget of $12,000-$20,000. Acting Up relies solely on volunteerism, ticket sales, grants, and donations to sustain it's mission and objectives.
- Lebanon Theatre Company, non-profit 501(c)(3) community theatre based out of Lebanon, Ohio. The mission of the Lebanon Theatre Company is to organize, sponsor, produce and promote high-quality amateur theatrical shows and to provide education to the Warren County area by promoting and developing theatrical arts.
Ulterior Motives
I am also a "frustrated actor", having never taken the risk of going into professional acting as a career. Instead, my passion for acting is fed by my involvement as an actor in local community theatre productions, and as an acting coach and director for young performers community theatre.
These paranormal-themed performances are my personal fundraising effort to help sustain Acting Up and its mission and objectives, as well as support its sister "adult" organization the Lebanon Theatre Company. It also provides me with additional opportunities to participate in theatrical entertainment.

All fees paid for performances go directly to either of the following non-profit 501(c)(3) community theatre groups: Acting Up and the Lebanon Theatre Company. Depending on your tax situation, your payment/donation may be tax-deductible.
